You earn SMILE Points every time you book via flynas.com and enter your nasmiles loyalty membershipin your booking. You can also earn SMILE Points on pre-selected services including pre-selected services including pre-purchasing excess baggage, choosing your favorite seat on the plane, pre-ordering your preferred meal or snack, and utilizing airport lounge services.
Once you have joined naSmiles and verified your email address, you will be able to view your nasmiles membership details by logging into the nasmiles website.
Login using your nasmiles frequent flyer membership number, or the email and password you created upon signing up, and select “My Account” to view your profile and your transaction history.
nasmiles members can view their membership e-card through flynas mobile application. Platinum members will have the option to receive a physical nasmiles card, which will be mailed to them soon after the upgraded.
Your nasmiles frequent flyer statement will be emailed every month to the email address you provided upon signing up. You can also access your statement anytime simply by logging in to your nasmiles frequent flyer account and clicking on “My Transaction History” under “My Account”.

Earning SMILE Points is easy, they are earned by purchasing qualifying flights, products or services with flynas and by providing your nasmiles loyalty membership number when making your booking. You could also add you nasmiles membership number in “Manage my Booking”. Bronze, Silver and Gold nasmiles frequent flyer members earn 1 SMILE Point for every 1 Saudi Riyal spent. Platinum members earn an additional 20% on top of their base SMILE Points, or 1.2 SMILE Points for every 1 Saudi Riyal spent.

The number of SMILE Points you earn depends on the base fare of the flight you have booked, you will also earn SMILE Points on all pre-booked services such as seating, meals, lounge access and extra baggage. SMILE Points are not earned on fees, taxes, surcharges and other government charges as well as voucher tickets.

Yes, your SMILE Points will expire, however, they are valid for 24 months from the month they are earned. SMILE Points expire at the end of the month after the 24 month period, so if you earn 100 SMILE Points on 15 June 2015, these SMILE Points will expire on 30 June 2017 (unless redeemed beforehand).
No, you cannot earn SMILE Points on flights or products purchased on behalf of another flying passenger. SMILE Points can only be earned by guests who are members of the nasmiles frequent flyer program and who provide a valid nasmiles frequent flyer number when they book. However, a family head can earn 20% of the SMILE Points of a family member who is enrolled in the Family Account program.
Yes, you have 90 days to claim any missing SMILE Points from your account. To claim any missing SMILE Points, you will need to log in to your nasmiles account and select “Claim Missing SMILE Points”
SMILE Points are awarded to your nasmiles frequent flyer membership account within 24 hours after your flight(s),not at the time of booking. SMILE Points for additional services or products you have purchased will also be awarded after your flight.
You can only claim any missing SMILE Points from your nasmiles account as long as you have completed your claim within 90 days of flying with us.

You can select a seat based on availability at the check-in counter at any of our airports. However, you will not earn SMILE Points for this seat selection. Yes, Credit Shells may be used for reservations while using SMILE Points, but the additional balance of the member must be in a pre-registered account at flynas. The additional credit must be used only on the flynas.com website.

When you make a redemption booking using your SMILE Points, this is like making a normal cash booking, and if you find a cheaper flight you will be able to book it using your SMILE Points. However there are no guarantees that you will be able to get a cheaper flight when you use your SMILE Points.

Yes, you will be able to purchase pre-selected fares, products or services with part credit card payment plus redeeming with your SMILE Points. You need to have enough SMILE Points in your account equal to or greater than the SMILE Points needed at the time of making the redemption. Unused Credit Shells with flynas can also be used as an alternative to Credit Cards.
A Codeshare is an arrangement between airlines to carry passengers whose tickets have been issued by another airline. The intent is to provide passengers with a wider choice of destinations than any individual airline might offer on its own. When you book a codeshare flight, your ticket will bear the flight number of the airline through which you booked your travel, though some legs of your trip will be on flights operated by another airline and bearing a different flight number from the one printed on your reservation confirmation.

nasmiles has 4 membership tiers, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. When you join nasmiles, your immediate tier will be Bronze.
The more you fly with us, the more SMILE Points you earn. You need to meet the minimum number of SMILE Points required for each tier to be upgraded. To achieve Gold you need to earn 15,000 SMILE Points, and for Platinum, you need to earn 40,000 SMILE Points.
It is possible for your membership to be renewed to a new tier lower than your current one. For example, your membership may be renewed to Silver from Gold; this means that you have not earned the required SMILE Points to maintain your Gold membership for that annual membership period.
Once you have achieved a new tier you have a fixed 365 days in which to earn the required SMILE Points needed to maintain your status.
Once you earn enough SMILE Points for the next membership tier, you'll be awarded your new nasmiles tier immediately. Your new nasmiles tier is valid for 12 months from the date you upgrade — unless you reach the next tier in the meantime. It’s really important that you remember to add your nasmiles membership number every time you make a booking with flynas so that you are awarded eligible SMILE Points once you have flown. SMILE Points are usually awarded soon after your flight. If for any reason you believe you are missing SMILE Points, you may be able to claim them back within 90 days, providing you still have your flight details.

No, there is no limit to the number of times you can access the lounge.

Once you accept an invitation to be a member, 100% of your points will be added to the Family Points Balance. However, member can redeem their own points towards their flight even if they are members of a family points account.
The account leader is responsible for creating the Family Points Account, inviting members, removing members, making travel bookings, redeeming points and all, other day-to-day account management & receiving all communications about the family account. Any member aged 21 years or above can register as the account leader.
All combined points are redeemed on a first in/first out basis from all combined accounts. Example: Ahmed earned 200 SMILE points in Jan 2016 & Sara earned 500 SMILE points in Jul 2016 and they are in the same Family Points Account. A redemption of 300 points today will deduct Ahmed’s 200 SMILE points + 100 SMILE points form Sara.
Account leader is responsible for redeeming Family Points balance towards flights for himself or book flights for other members in the same Family Points Account.

No, Members have no right to join more than one Family Points Account at the same time.
No, you only earn your nasmiles tier based on your own individual travel, whilst you have all of the members SMILE Points combined in the Family Points Account. So, the flights that you take only and where you register your nasmiles number in the booking are counted towards your nasmiles tier.
Any nasmiles member who joins a Family Points Account (including account leader) is subject to 1 month lock-in period, meaning after joining a Family Points Account, the member cannot leave or be removed from the Family Points Account during this time.
Members may leave a Family Points Account at any time after completing 1 month of joining by clicking on “Leave Family” located on Family Points page. The leaving member (or one who is removed) is left with their remaining unused balance earned due to their own transactions . Overall balance of the Family Points Account is reduced by the amount of points that belong to the leaving member. Any member leaves the Family Points Account is subject to 1 month “cooling off” period in which member will not be allowed to join another Family Points Account or start a new one. An account leader will not be able to leave a Family Points Account at any time unless terminating the account.
Only the account leader will be able to terminate a Family Points Account. Simply by clicking “Delete Family”. Termination is subject to 1 month “cooling off” period in which family leader and all members will not be allowed to join another Family Points Account or start a new one.
