Earning miles is easy, they are earned by purchasing qualifying flights, products or services with flynas and by providing your nasmiles loyalty membership number when making your booking. You could also add you nasmiles membership number in “Manage my Booking”. Basic nasmiles frequent flyer members earn 1 miles for every 1 Saudi Riyal spent. Prime members earn an additional 50% on top of their base miles, or 1.5 SMILE Points for every 1 Saudi Riyal spent.

Yes, your miles will expire, however, they are valid for 12 months from the month they are earned. Miles expire at the end of the month after the 12 month period, so if you earn 100 miles on 15 June 2024, these miles will expire on 30 June 2025 (unless redeemed beforehand).

The more you fly with us, the more miles you earn. You need to meet the minimum number of miles required for tier to be upgraded. To achieve Prime, you need to earn 15,000 miles. Or you can complete 8 flights within 3 months to reach Prime

Once you have achieved Prime tier you have a fixed 365 days in which to earn the required miles needed to maintain your status. If you achieve Prime tiers by flying 8 times during 3 months, then your status will remain for 3 months.

The lounge is open to Premium class passengers as well economy class passengers who purchase a lounge access. However, nasmiles Prime members get complimentary access to the lounge.

No, at this time only a Prime members enjoy complementary access; however, family or friends can purchase lounge access at the nasmiles lounge at the front desk or when booking their flights through flynas.com

For now, our Prime members get complimentary access to the nasmiles lounges mentioned below:

• flynas Lounge in King Khalid International Airport (Terminal 5), Riyadh.
• Hayyak Lounge in King Fahad International Airport, Dammam.
• Hayyak Lounge in King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah

We are working to expand this benefit across other lounges in the flynas network.
