Priority Service

If a passenger with Priority arrives late at the boarding gate, other passengers who arrived on time will be allowed to board first.

The space available for carry-on baggage in the cabin is limited and offered on a first-come basis. We recommend boarding early to secure space for your hand baggage in the overhead compartments.

If the passenger has a stroller or an oversized bag that exceeds the allowed cabin size, it will be transferred to the aircraft hold. Additional fees may apply to non-compliant items intercepted at the boarding gate.

In the case of boarding via a shuttle bus, passengers with Priority may enter the bus first or at any time upon arrival. However, priority access from the bus to the aircraft is not guaranteed.

If there are multiple passengers under the same booking, companions will not automatically receive the Priority if only one of them purchases it.

The Priority fees apply to all adult passengers and children between the ages of 2 and 12. Infants under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat are exempt from the fee, provided all accompanying passengers on the same booking have purchased the service.

Passengers who purchase Priority Service will receive a Priority baggage tag for their checked baggage. However, priority baggage delivery is not guaranteed at all airports.

Priority Service is only available on flights operated by flynas.

Priority Service does not exempt passengers from adhering to the official check-in and gate closure times.
