How to book your flight with Tabby

Now it’s easier than ever to pay for your flynas booking using Tabby. Here are all the steps you need to know in order to complete your payment via Tabby. 

1.Select your preferred flights as normal on the flynas website. Then, once you've reached the flynas payment page, please choose Tabby as your payment method.

2.You'll then be shown how much each of the 4 monthly payment installments will be. Click the pay button. Doing this will take you to the Tabby service payment page.

3. Here you'll need to enter some key details, like your email and phone number. The Tabby service payment page will also display the installment amounts and the dates on which payment is due. The payment's final due date should match the purchase date. If you're happy with what's displayed, please click to complete the payment process. 

4. You'll then be served with a verification code, as a security measure, via text measure. Enter this code on the Tabby service payment page to complete the payment. 

5. Choose how you'd like to pay, for example, via credit card. After you pay, you'll receive a confirmation message on the webpage and via SMS. 

6. Tabby will then redirect you to flynas' confirmation page.

If you change your mind about using Tabby as your payment method, just click the ‘Back To Store’ button. Tip – the ‘Back To Store’ button is located in the upper lefthand corner of the page. You’ll then be redirected to the main flynas payment page, where you can select another way to pay. If you’ve already booked and want to change your travel plans, please do so via the flynas ‘Manage my Booking’ page. Please note that we charge a fee for flight cancelations. Flynas will inform Tabby if you have canceled your booking. Tabby will then refund any payments you have made to them directly back to the card you paid with. Please contact Tabby if you have any questions about a refund.

Tabby are committed to endorsing responsible shopping, therefore, do not approve 100% of orders. Many different factors influence this.     1. Simply provide Tabby with your National ID details when you’re asked to do so.
    2. Tabby will then give you a number – you’ll need this for the Nafath App, so make sure you keep a note of it!
    3. Download the Nafath App and register as a new user. You’ll need to complete all the required steps.
    4. Accept. You’ll then be served with some numbers. Make sure you select the same number that Tabby previously gave you to complete the verification process.
