flynas, the national Saudi air carrier and leading low-cost airline in the Middle East announced that it will be the official sponsor for ‘Riyadh 2030’ campaign for the Saudi capital’s candidacy to host the 21st Asian Games. flynas voiced its eagerness to support the Kingdom's quest to host Asia’s largest sports event, in which 45 countries and over 10,000 athletes participate in 40 different games.

His Highness Prince Fahd bin Jalawi, Vice President of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee and Executive Director of the ‘Riyadh 2030’ campaign thanked flynas for its support of the campaign. “We are proud of the excellent support ‘Riyadh 2030’ has received from the leading national companies, showing enthusiasm and contributing to the Kingdom’s recognition across international forums, and improving its global position.”

The Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee recently submitted a formal request to the Olympic Council of Asia regarding Riyadh’s hosting of the 2030 Asian Games. The proposal showcased the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s advanced infrastructure which underpins a unique cultural, technical and sporting experience, supporting Riyadh’s position as a candidate host for this significant event.
