flynas, the leading low-cost airline in the world and the best LCC in the Middle East, announced participating as a golden sponsor of the fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, underscoring its strategic commitment to the Hajj and Umrah sector, which has seen flynas successfully transporting over two million pilgrims since 2007.

flynas signed a number of agreements and partnerships during the event, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program, in Jeddah from November 9 to 12, with the theme "From Makkah to the World." The conference brings together academics, researchers, and representatives from Hajj affairs offices and diplomatic missions worldwide. More than 260 exhibitors from 137 countries will participate in the accompanying exhibition, showcasing the latest technologies and services related to the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem.

Hajj and Umrah are a cornerstone of flynas' strategy, and the leading LCC has flown more than 120,000 pilgrims from 15 countries during the 1446H (2025) Hajj season, bringing the total number of pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims carried by flynas to more than two million since its launch in 2007 AD.

flynas has forged several strategic partnerships to support its Hajj and Umrah operational flexibility, and takes part in the Makkah Route Initiative, a fast-track program launched in 2019 as one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs to serve the pilgrims, in parallel with the objectives of the Pilgrims Experience Program (PEP) to facilitate access to the Two Holy Mosques.

In its latest purchasing agreement with Airbus, flynas has included for the first time 30 A330neo wide-body aircraft, essential for long-haul flights, allowing flynas to directly connect the Kingdom with the distant markets in Asia and Africa, in line with flynas growth and expansion plan, launched under the title "We Connect the World to the Kingdom", in parallel with the objectives of the National Civil Aviation Strategy to enable national air carriers to contribute to connecting KSA with 250 International destinations and to accommodate 330 million passengers and to host 150 million tourists yearly by 2030 and the objectives of the Pilgrims Experience Program (PEP) to facilitate access to the Two Holy Mosques.
