flynas, the leading low-cost airline in the world and the best LCC in the Middle East, celebrated the inauguration of its first direct flights between Riyadh and Alexandria in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in a move that further strengthens air connectivity between the Kingdom and various regional and international destinations.

The inauguration ceremony was held at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh on July 06, and attended by representatives from flynas and Riyadh Airports Company. Passengers on the inaugu-ral flight were welcomed with gifts to mark the occasion.

flynas will operate three weekly direct flights between King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and Alexandria International Airport (formerly Borg El Arab International Airport) in Alexandria, with tickets available through all flynas booking channels, offering more direct travel options.

The launch of the new destination comes as part of flynas’ expansion strategy and efforts to strengthen its international network, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at enhancing global air connectivity and supporting the continued growth of the travel and tourism sectors, while connecting the world to the Kingdom and providing travelers with diverse and seamless travel experiences.
