flynas, the leading low-cost airline in the world and the best LCC in the Middle East, has celebrated launching direct flights between Riyadh and both Munich and Budapest as part of its expanded Summer 2026 network, which features more than 25 international destinations around the world.

The inaugural ceremony was held at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and attended by representatives from flynas and Riyadh Airports Company. The departing passengers were welcomed with commemorative gifts. Upon arrival, passengers were also welcomed by flynas teams at Munich and Budapest airports in coordination with the two airports' operating partners.

The new services will operate three direct flights per week between Riyadh and both Munich and Budapest, with Summer 2026 destinations served through flynas' operational hubs in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, Abha, and AlQassim offering guests greater travel flexibility and more options throughout the summer season.

Launching new destinations is part of flynas' expansion strategy to strengthen its international route network further and offer guests more direct and diverse travel options. The leading LCC's Summer 2026 network spans more than 25 destinations across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

The Summer 2026 network includes Milan, Krakow, Geneva, Rize, Antalya, Bodrum, Istanbul, Trabzon, Batumi, Baku, Salalah, Tbilisi, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheik, El Alamein, Sohag, Sarajevo, Salzburg, Tirana, Vienna, Prague, in addition to the newly launched destinations of Munich and Budapest, as well as Podgorica and the Maldives.
