flynas apologizes to its traveling guests for the delay and rescheduling in some of its flights due to technical issue of “flight planning system” by service provider company.

flynas confirms its constant care for the comfort and safety of its guests and affirms its commitment to preserving the rights of affected passengers and compensating them in accordance with the Customer Protection Policy of the General Authority of Civil Aviation.

We also thank our traveling guests for their understanding of this emergency situation beyond our control, and we reiterate our apologies for the confusion it caused you. Our customer service team will contact the affected passengers to ensure compensation.
