How to Check-in

Battery Declaration Required

You must declare any batteries during check-in, including wheelchair or spare batteries.

  • Undeclared batteries found in checked baggage will be safely handled at the airport and returned through official procedures.
  • No pre-travel approval is required.
You can check in online for most of our flights as early as 48 hours before departure time.
Online check-in closes 2 hours before departure for international flights, and 1 hour before departure for domestic flights.

*Online check-in on flynas.com and the flynas mobile app is only available for flights operated by flynas and departing from Saudi airports, Bahrain International airport, Dubai International Airport, Queen Alia International Airport, Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport, Bole Addis Ababa International Airport or Doha International Airport.

Auto Check-In

With Auto Check-In, we will check you in as soon as the online check-in window opens for your flight. No need to remember—we will send your boarding pass straight to your email. You can add Auto Check-In during booking or through Manage My Booking, fees apply.

How it works:

  • Select Auto Check-In when booking your flight or in Manage My Booking.
  • Pay the application fee.
  • We will check you in automatically and send your boarding pass.

Visit flynas.com & click on 'check-in' in the booking widget

Enter your booking reference and your email or last name then click "Check-in now".

Select the flight and passenger you want to check-in, then click "Continue".

You have now completed online check-in successfully. Save a copy of your boarding pass by clicking "Download All Boarding Passes".

Open the flynas app & tap "Online check-in". Enter your booking reference and your email or last name, and tap "Check-in".

Select the flight and passenger you want to check-in, then continue to view and save your boarding pass.

Prefer a paper boarding pass? Check-in at the airport

We recommend that you arrive at the airport three hours prior to departure. If you're travelling with checked baggage, deliver it to our bag drop or check-in counters within the check in deadline. Check-in and bag drop closes 60 minutes before departure.
