flynas Launches Dispatcher Cadet Program to Empower Saudi Talent

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – February 10, 2026:

flynas, the leading low-cost airline in the world and the best LCC in the Middle East, announced the launch of its Dispatcher Cadet Program to empower ambitious Saudi nationals in the aviation industry, reinforcing flynas commitment to the Kingdom's localization targets, in line with the objectives of Vision 2030.

The Dispatcher Cadet Program will be rolled out in multiple batches, with the inaugural group set to begin their journey this year. The program spans 6 months, offering intensive, hands-on training tailored for candidates who already hold a Flight Dispatcher License, preparing them to work to the highest global operational standards in the aviation industry.

The launch of this program represents a strategic milestone for flynas. By focusing on the specialized field of flight dispatch, the leading LCC is taking a decisive step toward raising localization in various disciplines, contributing to building a solid national base of experts in the field of flight dispatch, in light of the company's belief that the continued growth of the Saudi aviation sector depends primarily on investing in the human resources of the sons and daughters of the nation.

flynas places a high priority on empowering national talent and already has several pioneering programs aimed at localizing jobs across various disciplines, most notably the Future Pilots Program, one of the company's most successful localization initiatives, which has contributed to achieving 100% localization of the "Co-pilot" position since 2019. The Future Engineers Program targets the localization of Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering roles through providing on-the-job training for Saudi graduates (holding Diplomas, Bachelor's, or Master's degrees) in aviation science, engineering, and technology. The training duration ranges from 6 months to 4 years, depending on the trainee's qualifications. flynas was the first national carrier to open the cabin crew profession to Saudi women through the Cabin Crew Program that aims to attract and train hundreds of Saudi flight attendants annually, focusing on delivering professional service that reflects Saudi hospitality and national identity. Meanwhile, flynas has launched the "Your Job, Your Scholarship" program in partnership with the Ministry of Education, aimed at sponsoring Saudi students to study specialized fields required by flynas (such as maintenance engineering), with a guarantee of employment upon graduation and successful completion of training requirements.

Qualified Saudi nationals interested in joining the first batch of the Dispatcher Cadet Program are encouraged to apply through the official flynas careers portal (https://go.flynas.com/dispatcher-cadet). The application period extends until February 28th.
