Riyadh, April 25, 2025:

flynas, the world's leading low-cost airline and the Middle East's leading low-cost carrier, has introduced a new feature for flight bookings for people with autism spectrum disorders, providing complimentary travel toolkits designed to contribute to a smooth and comfortable travel experience for people with autism spectrum disorders and their families. The national carrier also announced its continued support for medical trips for people with autism spectrum disorders and their families for the second year in a row, in cooperation with the Autism Families Association as part of flynas' strategy to adopt sustainable initiatives that include all segments of society.

During May 2025, flynas will offer on its website an option for passengers with autism as part of their booking options, providing them with a bag containing various sensory tools tailored to their diverse needs.

This is an extension of the training program for cabin crew and ground service employees that the company began last year to develop their skills in serving people with autism and to learn how to communicate and interact effectively with them, enhancing their experience on board flynas.

The leading LCC continues to sponsor medical flights for passengers with autism spectrum disorder in cooperation with the Society of Autism Families on World Autism Day on April 2. For a whole year, flynas has been providing travel vouchers on its flights for passengers with autism spectrum disorder and one companion for each, with up to 10 beneficiaries every month.

flynas operates 139 routes to more than 70 domestic and international destinations in 30 countries with more than 1500 weekly flights and has flown more than 80 million passengers since its launch in 2007, with the aim to reach 165 domestic and international destinations within its growth and expansion plan, and in line with the objectives of Vision 2030.
