How to Request Your Free Date Change
Eligible passengers can request the free one-time date change through the flynas call center.
Check eligibility
Your booking must be made during the eligible sales period and your original travel date must fall within the eligible travel period.
Contact the call center
The request must be made through the flynas call center at least four hours before the scheduled departure of the original flight.
Confirm your new date
The change fee will be waived once. Any applicable fare difference must be paid before the new booking is confirmed.

Terms and Conditions
The offer is subject to the following conditions.
Change fee
The flight change fee is fully waived for one eligible transaction only.
Fare difference
If the new flight date carries a higher fare, the passenger must pay the difference. No refund will be issued if the new fare is lower.
Cut-off time
The change request must be made at least four hours before the scheduled departure of the original flight.
One-time use
Once the free change is used, any further changes will be subject to standard fare rules and applicable change fees.
Date change only
The offer does not cover route changes, name changes, cancellations, or refunds.
Selected routes only
The offer applies only to the selected flynas summer routes listed on this page.
