flynas to Transport 120,000 Pilgrims from 15 Countries as its Operations grow
Riyadh, May 3, 2025 : flynas, the leading low-cost airline in the world and the best LCC in the Middle East, has announced the launch of its operational plan to transport more than 120,000 pilgrims from 15 countries during the 1446H (2025) Hajj season. The plan benefits from the expansion of flynas' fleet and the growth of its operations across its key hubs in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah. The operational period for flynas' Hajj plan this year extends to 72 days and will serve pilgrims from both Asia and Africa. The airline’s Hajj flights will cover destinations in 15 countries: Morocco, Djibouti, Mauritania, Algeria, India, Comoros, Bangladesh, Togo, Iran, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Senegal, Ghana, and Uzbekistan. flynas is also taking part in the Makkah Route Initiative, launched in 2019 as part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 programs to better serve the Guests of Allah. The initiative facilitates the processing of pilgrims’ travel procedures in their home countries, streamlining their journey in line with the Pilgrim Experience Program’s goal of easing access to the Two Holy Mosques. Currently, flynas operates 139 routes to over 70 domestic and international destinations across 30 countries, with more than 1,500 weekly flights. Since its launch in 2007, it has carried over 80 million passengers. The airline aims to reach 165 domestic and international destinations as part of its growth and expansion strategy aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
