• nasmiles members are required to enter their nasmiles ID at the time of converting Membership Rewards points.
• Converted Membership Rewards points will take 5 Working Days to reflect in the nasmiles member’s account and miles balance.
• Membership Rewards points can be converted and transferred to any nasmiles member’s account, where you can add your family or friends nasmiles membership number.
• Converted miles cannot be reversed back to Membership Rewards points.
