Login to your flynas account by visiting flynas website and entering your flynas email address and password.

When logged in, click on 'missing my miles' from the menu on the right.

Fill in the needed details for your claim, and once all details are matching, you will be awarded the miles within 7 days, taking into consideration that miles will not be claimed after 90 days, as the miles are expired.
