You earn SMILE Points every time you book via flynas.com and enter your nasmiles frequent flyer number in your booking. You can also earn SMILE Points on pre-selected services including pre-purchased excess baggage, choosing the best seat on the plane, pre-ordering your favorite meal or snack, and airport lounge services.

Once you have joined naSmiles and verified your email address, you will be able to view your nasmiles membership details by logging into the nasmiles website.

Login using your nasmiles frequent flyer membership number or email and password you created when you joined, and select “My Account” to view your profile and transaction history.

nasmiles members can view their membership e-card through flynas mobile application. Platinum members will have the choice to receive a physical naSmiles card, which will be mailed to them once upgraded.

You will receive your nasmiles frequent flyer statement via email every month, to the email address you provided nasmiles when you joined. You can also access your statement anytime, simply login to your nasmiles frequent flyer account and click on “My Transaction History” under “My Account”.

Bronze, Silver and Gold naSmiles frequent flyer members earn 1 SMILE Point for every 1 Saudi Riyal spent. Platinum naSmiles frequent flyer members will earn 1.20 SMILE Points for every 1 Saudi Riyal spent.

Platinum naSmiles frequent flyer members earn an additional 20% on top of their base SMILE Points, the earn rate of Platinum members is 1.20 SMILE Point for every 1 Saudi Riyal spent.

The number of SMILE Points you earn depends on the base fare of the flight you have booked, you will also earn SMILE Points on all pre-booked services such as seating, meals, lounge access and extra baggage. SMILE Points are not earned on fees, taxes, surcharges and other government charges as well as voucher tickets.

Yes, your SMILE Points will expire, however, they are valid for 24 months from the month they are earned. SMILE Points expire at the end of the each month after the 24 month period, so if you earn 2,000 SMILE Points on 15 June 2015, these SMILE Points will expire (unless redeemed beforehand) on 30 June 2017.

No, you cannot earn SMILE Points on flights or products purchased on behalf of another flying passenger.

SMILE Points can only be earned by guests who are members of the naSmiles frequent flyer program and who provide a valid nasmiles frequent flyer number when they book. However, a Family Head can earn 20% of an individual member’s SMILE Points who is enrolled in the Family Account program.

Yes, you have 90 days to claim any missing SMILE Points from your account. To claim any missing SMILE Points, you will need to log in to your nasmiles frequent flyer account and select “Claim Missing SMILE Points” under “My Account”.

SMILE Points are awarded to your nasmiles frequent flyer membership account within 24 hours of your flight(s) being flown. SMILE Points are only awarded after you have flown, not when you book.

Any additional services or products you have purchased will also be awarded after your flight.

You can only claim any missing SMILE Points from your nasmiles frequent flyer account as long as you have completed your claim within 90 days of flying with us.

No, you only earn SMILE Points by flying on a flynas aircraft operating with a flynas flight number, all flynas flight numbers begin with XY. For example XY414.
You need to have a minimum balance of 2,000 SMILE Points in your nasmiles membership account before you can redeem. Simply login to your nasmiles account to check your account balance.
No, your SMILE Points cannot be transferred between nasmiles members. However, as a family you can set up a Family Account where 20% of your families travel is accumulated to a Household Head. To learn more about Family Account, click here.

Yes, as long as your nasmiles account has a minimum of 2,000 SIMLE Points, you can book either Economy or Business Class cabins across our Domestic and International network, please note however that these are subject to availability at the time of booking.

No, SMILE Points can only be redeemed for bookings where the flight number begins with XY, for example, flight number XY201.

As long as you meet the requirements of having a minimum account balance of 2,000 SMILE Points you can redeem for a one-way flight or a roundtrip flight.

Canceling your redemption booking is not allowed currently, however you will be able to change or amend your booking as per the flynas change policies.

No, you can only use your SMILE Points for yourself. Members of nasmiles cannot redeem their SMILE Points for or on behalf of other members.

Yes, credit shell’s can used towards redemption bookings, however, the member must have their credit shell within their flynas account. Also, the Credit Shell can be used only for bookings made via flynas.com TBC by Flynas

When you make a redemption booking using your SMILE Points, this is like making a normal cash booking, and if you find a cheaper flight you will be able to book it using your SMILE Points, but there are no guarantees that you will be able to get a cheaper flight when you use your SMILE Points.

A Family Account makes flying as a family even more rewarding, we allow family members to combine their SMILE Point earning’s. The Family Account program requires a family head to be chosen, 20% of the family member’s eligible SMILE Points are awarded to the family head and the remaining 80% of SMILE Points will be forfeited.
The Family Account allows for 1 family head only and any number of family members as long as they are from the same immediate family.
The head of the family and subsequent members should all be separate nasmiles members, creating a Family Account is easy, the nasmiles member will need to log into their nasmiles account and add their family head using the family head’s nasmiles frequent flyer number. Alternatively, the nasmiles member can provide the family head’s frequent flyer number on the enrollment form when they join nasmiles.
When you join a Family Account, 20% of all SMILE Points earned will automatically be awarded to the family head nasmiles account, the remaining 80% of SMILE Points will remain with the family member.

The Family Account can be changed at any time. All the nasmiles member needs to do is to de-link their nasmiles frequent flyer membership number from the family heads account via the naSmiles website.

The account will then operate as a single membership where 100% of SMILE Points earned will be awarded for all future travel.

Being a part of the Family Account means SMILE Points are earned quicker, the more the family fly, the more SMILE Points accumulate in the Family Head nasmiles account. The exciting thing about the Family Account program is deciding where to fly to on that next holiday when it comes to redeeming your SMILE Points.
No, you only earn your nasmiles tier based on your own individual travel, whilst you have all of the families SMILE Points accumulating in your account. So, the flights that you take only and where you register your nasmiles number in the booking are counted towards your nasmiles tier.

Yes, you will be able to purchase pre-selected fares, products or services with part credit card payment plus redeeming with your SMILE Points. You need to have enough SMILE Points in your account equal to or greater than the SMILE Points needed at the time of making the redemption. Unused Credit Shells with flynas can also be used as an alternative to Credit Cards.

A Codeshare is an arrangement between airlines to carry passengers whose tickets have been issued by another airline. The intent is to provide passengers with a wider choice of destinations than any individual airline might offer on its own.

When you book a codeshare flight, your ticket will bear the flight number of the airline through which you booked your travel, though some legs of your trip will be on flights operated by another airline and bearing a different flight number from the one printed on your reservation confirmation.

nasmiles has 4 membership tiers, these are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. When you join nasmiles, your immediate tier will be Bronze.
The more you fly with us, the more SMILE Points you earn, you need to meet the minimum number of SMILE Points required for each tier to be upgraded. To achieve Silver you need to earn 20,000 SMILE Points, to achieve Gold you need to earn 40,000 SMILE Points and for Platinum, you need to earn 80,000 SMILE Points.
When you are renewed to a new tier lower than your current tier, for example, you renew to Silver from Gold, this means that you have not earned the required SMILE Points to maintain your Gold membership for that membership annual period.
Once you have achieved a new tier you have a fixed 365 days in which to earn the required SMILE Points needed to keep your status.

Once you earn enough SMILE Points for the next membership tier, you'll be awarded your new nasmiles tier immediately.

Your new nasmiles tier is valid for 12 months from the date you upgrade — unless you reach the next tier in the meantime.

Your new tier will be confirmed to you by a welcome email to the email address you provided when you joined nasmiles.

It’s really important that you remember to add your nasmiles membership number every time you make a booking with flynas so that you are awarded eligible SMILE Points once you have flown. SMILE Points are usually awarded soon after your flight.
