Saudi Arabia’s national carrier will operate extra flights to Dubai from Riyadh and Jeddah

Jeddah, March 2014: flynas, Saudi Arabia’s national carrier, has announced it will operate extra flights to Dubai during the school holidays. There will be two extra flights between Riyadh and Dubai starting from 18 to 29 March and  two extra flights between Jeddah and Dubai on 23 and 30 March.

Commenting, Wael Al Sarhan, Director of Marketing & Communication, said: “Dubai is a strategically important market for flynas, especially during the school holidays when as there is a large number of Saudis fly to the hugely popular emirate for the annual spring break. Accordingly, we are adding the extra flights in response to strong demand from our customers at this peak time of the year.”

 In addition, flynas is operating extra daily flights between Riyadh and Gizan from 15 April to 25 October 2014;  departing Riyadh at 17:10 arriving Gizan 19:05 and departing Gizan 19:40 arriving Riyadh 21:25.    

 This year, vacation travelers will benefit from the significant enhancements recently made by flynas.  Passengers can now enjoy upgraded services aimed at enhancing their experience from booking right through to touch down. Adding more value to flynas’ low-cost fares, all passengers can now enjoy free check-in baggage (20 kg) and pre-order meals online while making their booking. Furthermore, flynas has introduced a Business Class Cabin on its young fleet of 27 aircraft.

Building on the strong customer appeal and high trust amongst passengers inside and outside Saudi Arabia, flynas unveiled its new modern identity towards the end of last year as a key part of the airline’s growth strategy targeting 20 million passengers a year by 2020.
