flynas sign agreement with MedAire to provide on-board medical support services

flynas has announced signing an agreement with MedAire to provide in-flight medical support and passenger Fit-To-Fly assistance services. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Dubai Airshow 2019 by the Chief Operating Officer at flynas, Captain Mansoor Al Harbi, in the presence of flynas’ Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bander Almohanna and General Manager of MedAire MENA Mr. Mark Troy.

This step supports flynas’ commitment to provide the highest levels of safety, comfort and on-board services to its guests, in addition to world-class in-flight medical support and care offerings.

In this regard, flynas COO Captain Mansoor Al Harbi reiterated flynas keenness to guarantee the well-being of its guests during flights through continually adding top quality services and seeking new approaches to heighten customer satisfaction. He additionally praised MedAire, describing it is one of the leading healthcare entity with services that will add value to flynas offerings.

Through MedAire’s Medical Assistance Service, flynas staff, cabin crew, and pilots will be able to provide fit-to-fly assessments to passengers prior to their flight, in addition to on-board medical support in the event of serious in-flight medical events, as well as medical support after arriving at their destination.
