Saudi Arabian national carrier is named ‘Best Call Centre in the Middle East - Aviation Industry’ and ‘Best Service to Sales Program’ at the prestigious industry awards

Riyadh, June 12, 2016: Reinforcing its reputation for delivering world-class customer service, Saudi Arabian national carrier flynas bagged two top honors at the Middle East Call Centre 2016 Awards, the leading awards program for the region’s customer service and support industry. flynas took home the awards for “Best Call Centre in the Middle East - Aviation Industry” and “Best Service to Sales Program”, adding to its previous wins at the prestigious annual awards.

The award categories focus on recognizing contact centers – of both public and private organizations in the Middle East – having the highest score across multiple indices such as combined customer first-call resolution and customer and employee satisfaction rating.
