Al-Sarhan: “We listen to our guests and offer appropriate solutions for their needs to reinforce our role as the national carrier”

Jeddah, July 2014:  In keeping with its focus on caring for its guests, flynas, the Saudi national carrier, has announced that it is  operating additional flights to several domestic and international destinations as part of its efforts to accommodate the needs of travelers during Eid al-Fitr holiday.

Mr. Wael Al-Sarhan, Director of Marketing and Communication at flynas, stated that:  "Eid al-Fitr is one of the peak periods for travel, especially to favourite regional destinations. At flynas we continuously seek to reinforce our role as the national carrier that listens to its guests and provides appropriate solutions to meet their travel needs. Accordingly, as part of our flynas holidays program we are operating extra flights to several of our most popular destinations’”:

flynas is adding the following flights:

Additional flight from Riyadh to Amman, Jordan starting from July 25th
Additional flight from Jeddah to Istanbul on the Airbus A330, starting July 27th.
Additional flight from Riyadh to Istanbul, starting July 28th
Additional flight from Riyadh to Sharm El-Sheikh, starting July 28th.

flynas recently announced that it will launch direct flights between King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh and London Gatwick Airport in the United Kingdom, starting July 27, 2014, which coincides with the Eid al-Fitr holiday, as an extension of the flynas Global Routes Program which includes destinations in three continents: Asia, Africa and Europe.

As part of its 20 × 20 strategy that targets transporting 20 million passengers per year by 2020, flynas has recently begun to expand its operations both domestically and internationally, in addition to pioneering a new concept in the world of aviation (LCC +), which gives flynas guests the option to add multiple features to their travels, including Business Class, pre-ordering hot meals, pre-booking the in-flight smart entertainment services on long-haul flights, and other services, while continuing to provide the flights at competitive prices.
