Top Tips to help you achieve a smooth and punctual flight.
We are committed to doing all it can to operate nas air flight on time. You can help us enormously by being fully prepared for your flight. In particular, by arriving at the airport in good time with details of your flight; traveling with the correct hand baggage allowance; having the correct travel documentation ready for inspection at check-in, at security points and at the gate; and arriving at the boarding gate in plenty of time. To help you prepare for your trip and ease your journey through the airport, you may find the following simple travel guidelines helpful: Before travel:

• Check you have all the necessary documentation.
  for all passengers traveling in your party (including children and infants) – booking number, ID or passports or visa.
• Know your flight details.

• Know your baggage allowances and be aware of restricted items.
  Checked baggage allowance is 20kgs per person (no infant allowance). Passengers may not use the unused allowances of others. No pooling/sharing of baggage allowances is permitted, even when traveling on the same reservation. Take care when packing for your trip and ensure that any sharp items such as scissors, cutlery or penknives are tucked safely away in your checked luggage.

At the airport:

• Arrive in good time
  know the check-in times for your flight. Standard opening of check-in for all nas air flights is 2 hours prior to scheduled departure and closes strictly 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
• Carry the minimum of hand baggage
  make sure you know your allowance. Each passenger (excluding infants) is permitted to carry one small piece of hand baggage on board. The hand baggage must not weigh more than 7kgs and be less than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm/22” x 14” x 9”, in dimensions. For the safety and convenience of all passengers, hand baggage must fit under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartment.
• Get to the boarding gate in good time
  boarding starts 30 minutes before departure.
• Have your travel documents ready at the gate
  your boarding pass and ID/Iqama/Passport

Customers should be at the gate no later than 20 minutes before departure. Passengers who arrive at the boarding gate after this time will not be accepted for travel. On the aircraft:

• Have your boarding pass available for the crew to check at the aircraft door.
• Take your seat and stow your cabin baggage as quickly as possible, either above your seat in the overhead compartment, or under the seat in front of you.
