Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

(a) We may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, contact details, and/or credit/debit card details, that We may request from you and that you will provide to Us (including your Profile) ("Personal Information").

(vi) for web site administration systems testing, maintenance and development (including enabling Us to respond to any comments on the Site or feedback you may give Us).

(b) If you do not wish to receive certain newsletters and other mailings from Us relating to Our own products and services and those of organisations with whom We have a strategic relationship, you may opt-out by ticking the relevant boxes on the Site or by sending Us an email at marketing@flynas.com.

(i) if We are required to do so by applicable law or under a court or similar order to government and enforcement agencies including customs and/or immigration departments;

(ii) as deemed necessary, in Our discretion, to protect Our legal rights or property, or the legal rights or property of a Member or third party, or to prevent personal injury; and/or

4. Hyperlinks to other web sites

(a) The Site contains hyperlinks to web sites owned and operated by third parties which are beyond Our control. For example, when you use Our search engine for certain courses, the search results will provide links to other sites from the Site's pages that take you outside the Site. These other sites have their own privacy policies and We urge you to review them - because this Privacy Policy will not apply. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party web sites and your use of such web sites is at your own risk.

(b) We generally do not object to you linking directly to the homepage of the Site, although We reserve the right to refuse Our authorisation to such linking at Our sole discretion. We do not permit Our pages to be loaded into frames on your web site - Our web pages must load into the user's entire window.

(c) We reserve the right to move or change the Site's URL at any time in order to meet changing business needs and to continually improve Our online service. External web sites link to the Site at their own risk.
