4. The holiday package is non-changeable, non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable including No Show
5. The holiday package is based on room and rate availability and would be provided on first come first serve basis
6. nasair is not liable to provide transportation to and from the hotel.
7. nasair will not provide visa for passengers. All passengers are required to check on their own if they would require visa and make prior arrangement.
8. In case of any unforeseen problems in hotel reservation, nasair has the right to accommodate passengers in a hotel that it deems to be of similar quality.
9. Maximum number of people allowed in a deluxe room is 2 adults + 2 children, sharing existing bedding. No extra bed permitted in our deluxe rooms due to space limitation and fire safety
10. Age definition of child: Up to 12 years. 13 years and above is considered an adult.
11. Hotel check-in time is 15:00hrs. Guests arriving prior to 15:00 hrs will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel can store their luggage during any check-in time.
12. Hotel check-put time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the contracted rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate
