7. In case, passenger applies for visa, nasair will not refund visa fees even if visa is rejected

8. In case of any unforeseen problems in hotel reservation, nasair has the right to accommodate passengers in a hotel that it deems to be of similar quality
9. Hotel check-in time is 15:00hrs. Guests arriving prior to 15:00hrs will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel can store their luggage during any check-in time.
10. Hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged 50% of the contracted rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate
