
nasair, the Saudi National Carrier announced today the launch of a new range of fares, giving Customers more Smart Choices when travelling on nasair and propose domestic competitive fares with more benefits. nasair Customers can now choose from three fares; Fly Lite, Fly Smooth and Fly Xtra, offering the range of low fare products tailored to their needs.
François Bouteiller, CEO of nasair, said, “As the Saudi national carrier, we understand our Customers are individuals with different needs. Some are simply seeking the lowest fare while others are looking for flexibility with regards to change, cancellation or additional baggage. Our new range of fares provides that choice to each individual, whilst we continue to ensure all our valued Customers receive the same high quality of services and punctuality when travelling onboard our young fleet.”
Mr Bouteiller continued by saying: “In addition to our new fares, our website (www.flynas.com) offers inclusive prices from the beginning of the booking process. This development will make our pricing transparent. At nasair we listen to our Customers, ensuring we continue to introduce new products and services which truly reflect their needs”.
nasair CEO gave details of the nasair new fares structure by saying that Fly Xtra gives unlimited free changes of date, time or route with the ability to Cancel for credit up to 6 hours before travelling, a 46kg Hold Baggage allowance together with 10kg Cabin Baggage, while Fly Smooth allows change of date, time or even route plus the ability to cancel for credit up to 24 hours before travel in addition to a 23kg Hold Baggage together with a 10kg Cabin Baggage. The new Fly Lite fare is the true low fare tailored for lite travellers. Changes or cancellations are not permitted but Cabin Baggage of 10kg is allowed.
Mr. Bouteiller concluded his statement by confirming that the new nasair fares will be available on all routes operated by nasair, including flights within Saudi Arabia and flights to/from Pakistan, Egypt, Turkey, Sudan, Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon.
