Terms and Conditions of Prize Draw

Entry is open to all holders of a valid MasterCard credit card who use said MasterCard credit card to purchase a nasair operated flight on www.flynas.com from 13th November 2012 to 15th January 2013 inclusive. Purchases made on other sales channels and/or flights operated by other carriers are excluded from the Prize Draw and the benefits. Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Holders of a valid MasterCard credit card will be offered the opportunity to select their seat during the booking process on flynas.com, if the seat selected attracts an additional charge and payment for the flight booking is made using their MasterCard credit card, the additional charge for seat selection will be reduced to zero. For the avoidance of doubt, any other optional charges will not be reduced and must be paid in full using the customers MasterCard credit card.

Two weekly prizes will be awarded of a NASAIR Voucher of a value of SAR2,000 which may be used, in part or full, towards the payment of a new flight booking on www.flynas.com for travel up to 31st March 2013. There are no runner’s up prizes and the prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Entrants from each week’s purchases on flynas.com will be entered into a weekly prize draw, managed by NASAIR, every Saturday, where a winner will be randomly selected.

All winners agree to the publishing of their name for publicity purposes.

Winners will be notified by NASAIR by email and/or telephone within three (3) working days of the draw.

The Name and country of residence of each prize winner will be published on www.flynas.com/MasterCard within five (5) days of each draw.

The promoter of the Prize Draw is NASAIR Company LCC, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under company registration 1010294138, with address: Al Salam Building, Tahliya Street, Riyadh 11361, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.

Employees of NAS Holding and its subsidiaries are not eligible for entrance to this prize draw.

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By participating in this promotion, each entrant/participant provides his\her explicit consent for their personal information to be recorded, stored and used by NASAIR and its third party partners for promotional and commercial purposes.

Terms and Conditions of NASAIR Vouchers

• nasair Vouchers are redeemable as payment of up to SAR2,000 for up to nine Customers on a new nasair flight booking, on any publicly available fare on sale on flynas.com on the date of booking.
• Valid for travel between 13th November 2012 and 31st March 2013, excluding 9th to 31st January 2013).
• NASAIR Vouchers are for single use only, once used any balance remaining is voided and the Voucher will automatically expire.
• Optional services and charges (such as seat selection, pre-paid excess baggage) in the flight reservation may not be paid for using Vouchers, any optional services selected and/or balance remaining must be paid by credit card at time of booking.
• If a NASAIR reservation includes a fare which may be cancelled and credited for future use the value of the Voucher will not be included in the credit.
• In the event of a schedule change or other change where NASAIR permits its Customers to change their flight bookings for no penalty, the NASAIR Voucher payment will be available to Customers as a credit. Refunds are not permitted.
• Standard Terms and Conditions and Carrier Regulations apply to all NASAIR flight bookings.
